The developer behind Stonebridge also reports four June sales, at $209,242, $253,365, $254,593, and $273,447, outside of the mls. That means the South Bend Area condo / townhouse market had 11 sales in June for $2,309,126 in volume.

Always interesting to see the end of month numbers. Two comprehensive graphs showing the number of sales and the dollar volume of sales for the past 5 years would be very very interesting to see if those numbers are available. The graph of 2007 and 2008 January through June are not as useful. Thanks for the update.
