Billed as “Art in the Heart of South Bend”, the 6th annual Art Beat is scheduled for Thursday, September 4 from 4-8:30pm. The free event promises over 200 local artists, performers, musicians, poets, chefs, and dancers. Take a stroll through the dowtown area and take in all of the sites, sounds, and feasts the area’s cultural side has to offer.
