Saudi Prince Bandar’s Aspen, Colorado home is on the market with an asking price of $135,000,000. If it sells for this amount, it will set a U.S. sales record. This seems an appropriate time to review the South Bend Area’s luxury homes. According to the Greater South Bend and Elkhart MLS systems, there are currently 17 area homes for sale with a list price of one million dollars or more, seven listed for 1.5+ million and just three sellers asking more than two million dollars. The highest asking price is 2.68 million dollars, for a Granger home with 8 fireplaces and 9,000+ square feet on about 2.5 acres.

Different homes among the group boast: a waterfall, a cigar room, a wine cellar, 8 full baths, 115 acres, a 5-car garage, an indoor basketball court and a professional soccer field.
