  1. even at 2% property tax is a rip off but 3% is out rageous. I cant buy a house fix it up and rent it out and earn money the good old fashon way with good investments and hard work. I cant find renters that can pay the increased costs of your tax. Last year I paid 4000 dollars in taxes for a house I had to sell due to SouthBends high property taxes. this was nearly 3000 dollars a year for a 85000 dollar house in rever park. This nothing more than robbery and if you politicans dont do something about I will run for govener on the stand of eliminating property taxes and boot your a** out of office.
