The numbers are always nice to see, but new construction numbers are not always very accurate since many units may get sold without being put into the mls… So, the numbers for the new construction may be a bit under reporting.
Also, what about that Stadium Village Townhomes project?

NDtom is correct. At Stadium Village, we have sold 7 units without listing them on the MLS. First official move in was last week, with 3 more closings this week or next. We can wait to have the great mix of owners come together for a football weekend! Go Irish!!!
