After a lengthy delay, workmen at Stadium Village are making visible progress. What exactly will end up on the site when the construction dust settles isn’t very clear. The building looks to have six garages though, so it’s probably the 6-unit townhouse building developer John Roy mentioned in a recent South Bend Tribune article.
That is a large building for sure. I do wonder what kind of views this building will have once the other properties are built on around it. It is a large building on very small lot so wondered about drainage too. I would think that in the next ten years, Vaness will be built up and so will Ivy. So, the location will be good but the views are temporary.
You should update your picture and info. to reflect the high quality project at Stadium Village. It looks wonderful.
