Search the South Bend MLS for Foreclosed Homes

The South Bend-Mishawaka MLS today added a requirement that listing agents disclose when a property is a foreclosure. It is a mandatory and searchable field. Previously the best way to find them was to search for hints such as an owner name “CORP” or “bank owned” in the remarks.
