That&#8217;s down a bit from September&#8217;s 274 sales.<\/p>\n<p>The most expensive sale price was $525,000, on a property listed for $599,000 that had been for sale since mid March. The lowest sale price was $4,200 on a property listed for $10,900 that had been for sale since late June<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"October 2008 Sales Prices - South Bend mls\" src=\"http:\/\/www.realst8.com\/staging\/9756\/images\/market\/October-2008-scatter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"552\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Condos and townhomes<\/strong><br \/>\nThree condos near Notre Dame sold this month.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Jamison Condo for $160,000<\/li>\n<li>A condo in <a title=\"Woodbridge\" href=\"http:\/\/notredamepads.com\/woodbridge\/\" target=\"_blank\">Woodbridge<\/a> for $79,000<\/li>\n<li>A <a title=\"RiverPoint\" href=\"http:\/\/notredamepads.com\/river-point\/\" target=\"_blank\">River Point<\/a> condo, for $190,000<br \/>\n*This closed 10\/31 but hasn&#8217;t yet hit the mls as sold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Noteable this month<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There were no closings at <a title=\"Irish Crossings\" href=\"http:\/\/notredamepads.com\/irish-crossings\/\" target=\"_blank\">Irish Crossings<\/a> this month. That&#8217;s the first month since March without a sale in the complex. MLS records indicate there have been 34 sales, there are 3 pending sales, and 10 available units at Irish Crossings.<\/li>\n<li>There have been no sales at <a title=\"Oak Hill\" href=\"http:\/\/notredamepads.com\/oak-hill\/\" target=\"_blank\">Oak Hill<\/a> since June, despite the fact that <a title=\"Oak Hill condos for sale\" href=\"http:\/\/sbi.mlxchange.com\/Pub\/EmailView.asp?r=1791192408&amp;s=SBI&amp;t=SBI\" target=\"_blank\">~10% of the complex is for sale<\/a>. The Jamison condos are very similar to Oak Hill. The sale in Jamison this month closed for $160,000. The Oak Hill condos for sale are listed from $168,500 &#8211; $199,000 with an outlier of two combined units listed for $259,000.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Eddy Street Commons\" href=\"http:\/\/notredamepads.com\/eddy-street-commons\/\" target=\"_blank\">Eddy Street Commons<\/a> opened a reservation process for their first set of condos &#8211; those that wrap the parking garage, dubbed &#8220;Legend&#8217;s Row.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of November 1st, there are 2,657 residential properties for sale in the local mls. 509 homes that were for sale expired this month, but most were listed again for sale.
