Remove the villas and there were 11 sales. Notably, Townes at Kamm Island reported two sales, indicating it may be possible to sell upscale condos that don&#8217;t target the Notre Dame market,  and Keenan Court closed its first sale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7 sales closed on new condos \/ townhomes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Irish Crossings townhomes\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michianarealestateguide.com\/condos\/irish-crossings\/\" target=\"_blank\">Irish Crossings<\/a> sold 2 units, at $428,462 and $392,958.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Townes at Kamm Island condos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.realst8.com\/staging\/9756\/condos\/mishawakas-riverfront-condos-townes-at-kamm-island\/\" target=\"_blank\">Townes at Kamm Island<\/a> sold 2 units, at $399,800 and $340,000.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Wexford Place\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michianarealestateguide.com\/condos\/wexford-place\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wexford Place<\/a> sold 2 units, at $289,900 and $290,000.<\/li>\n<li>Keenan Court sold one unit, at $166,325.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4 older condos \/ townhomes sold:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Woodbridge condos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michianarealestateguide.com\/condos\/woodbridge\/\" target=\"_blank\">Woodbridge<\/a> condos sold, for $101,900 and $78,500. There are <a title=\"Woodbridge condos\" href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/3kwlgo \" target=\"_blank\">9 active listings at Wodbridge<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A condo in <a title=\"Somers Square condos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michianarealestateguide.com\/condos\/somers-square-east\/\" target=\"_blank\">Somers Square<\/a> sold, for $134,000. It was the only available condo in the neighborhood.<\/li>\n<li>A <a title=\"Topsfield condos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michianarealestateguide.com\/condos\/topsfield\/\" target=\"_blank\">Topsfield<\/a> condo sold, for $87,000.
