The 8th floor units would be some of the highest residences in the area, along with those at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emporis.com\/en\/wm\/bu\/?id=karlkingtower-southbend-in-usa\" target=\"_blank\">Karl King Tower<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think &#8211; is downtown South Bend ready for condos?
