But there is still a considerable gap between buyer and seller price expectations, which is keeping the number of actual sales low.<\/p>\n<p>The high price sale so far this year is <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/i68u58\" target=\"_blank\">13336 Kern Road<\/a> in Mishawaka. It&#8217;s a 3,316 square foot 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on 20 acres.
