It sold for $775,000 on\u00a09\/7\/10. It was originally listed for $850,000 on 2\/18\/2010.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"104 Consetoga, South Bend, IN\" src=\"http:\/\/realst8.com\/images\/market\/sept10\/104ConestogaSouthBend.jpg\" alt=\"104 Consetoga, South Bend, IN\" width=\"512\" height=\"335\" \/><\/div>\n<div>Other high price sales were:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>51820 Harborough Drive in Granger&#8217;s Covington Shores for $550,000.
