Stephen Studer, Attorney, for TVC Downtown Main, L.L.C and Velmeir Companies, told the Mishawaka Common Council that demolition of the building on the block bounded by Main Street, Church Street and First Street is scheduled to begin July 23rd.
Mr. Studer said after development the block will hold a CVS and about 1,450 additional square feet of retail space with outdoor seating. The new buildings will reportedly be built in line with the characteristics of other downtown buildings – with cast stone and brick.
