The best selling complexes are:
- Dublin Village, 16 sales
- Irish Crossings, 16 sales
- North Douglas Condos, 11 sales
- North Shore Club, 11 sales
- Oak Hill, 8 sales
- Woodbridge, 6 sales
Would be nice to have the total sales dollar numbers and average unit price for each development. I am guessing most of Dublin Village sales were at the beginning of 2007 since that is when that project was wrapping up. Looks like both North Douglas and Irish Crossings averaged about 1 closing every 7-10 days since they both started closings in late August….not bad.
Any chance of adding Hillside Villas in Blair Hills?
With the new condos near Kamm Island and on the Riverwalk across from Beutter Park, I’m planning to add Mishawaka to the condo profiles soon.
In the meantime, there were 4 sales of Blair Hills condos / townhomes in 2007. The low price was $115,000 and the high price was $139,500.
