  1. I know South Bend is pretty boring, but new roofs??? LOL I do know that they had done some last year too…saw it on CNN! 🙂

  2. You might want to check for hail damage even on the new roof from 6/15/2008. They might luck out and have a big insurance claim and be able to replace all the roofs sooner rather than later…

  3. New London Lakes (NLL) is a highly undervalued development in the area. The grounds are pristine thanks to an outstanding maintenance team and the solid original construction has allowed the development to age well. Proximity to the grocery store, Notre Dame, Eddy Commons, and highway also make this a convenient place to live. Irish Crossings, Wexford Place, and Stadium Village will help prices surge at NLL because the units are so relatively inexpensive.

  4. Nice, informative blog. I noticed you didn’t have Creekwood Villas anywhere. It is a really nice, quite neighborhood that appeals to locals and ND people alike. Worth featuring in a future topic!

  5. JL,
I agree NLL is undervalued even when accounting for massive updates needed on the inside to bring them up to today’s standards. The townhome units with attached garages are nice. I also think Creekwood Villas are undervalued too. For the price of a dinky Oak Hill condo, you can get entire house with garage in Creekwood. Just my two cents on it.
