Nice photo but…what most people want is good, solid information regarding the area’s real estate. Sales figures, market numbers, trends (short and long), pricing, etc. Specific information regarding neighborhoods, builders, projects, etc. is helpful too.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll keep the figures and statistics coming, but do think some of the softer articles such as local restaurant reviews and simple views from around the region have a place helping out-of-towners get a sense of the South Bend area. I’ll try to strike a healthy balance between the two.
