  1. This is so misleading. FYI for people seeing South Bend through this site’s eyes….this was after massive snow-melt and record rainfall. All rivers in Northern Indiana have flood warnings.

  2. Hoosierville- That’s certainly not how Howard Park normally looks, but that’s the point. I don’t think it’s a misleading image because that is how the park looked when flooded January 9th.
