I visited these condos and was impressed with many of the details. The common living areas in the floor plans have a great open feeling but still maintain room separation by having options of vaulted and tray ceilings. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that will be great for bar stools and extra seating.
Each unit has a separate outside entrance and the visual look to it so far is smartly staying away from the "apartment look".
It might be a little further drive from ND, but you can't beat the price and being brand new.
