Status of the South Bend Area Housing Market: 02/28/07

Looking at sales data from the Greater South Bend-Mishawaka MLS, February numbers are similar to the January sales report, except there have been more sales.
The MLS contains 2,068 homes listed for sale. Based on 2005/6 figures about 385 homes will sell each month - a 5.4 month supply of homes, and close to our definition [...]
