Tracy Molnar is a capacity manager at a large area accounting firm. She graduated from Marian High School in Mishawaka and went on to attain a Bachelors degree in Finance at Butler University in Indianapolis. The sites and sounds of Indianapolis kept her interest for the next 8 years or so but she decided family was where it was really at. So she moved back to her home town of South Bend a few years ago. She loves the area and equally loves telling people about all of the great things there are to do and see and unique places to eat.

Nick Molnar is a Realtor in South Bend. After graduating from Mishawaka High School, he went on to get his Bachelors degree in English from Ball State and his Masters in Journalism from Indiana University. After maxing out on his educational goals – and student loans – he lived briefly in Egypt and Korea teaching English. Just prior to breaking into residential realty, he worked at a Chicago real estate marketing firm. South Bend is now his home and his passion for learning carries on in this blog as he researches and passes on all he can. In addition to the blog, you can see his efforts at the Web-site Realst8.com.

Joe Molnar has been a builder and Realtor for more than 20 years, most of it in the cities of South Bend , Mishawaka, and Granger Indiana. He has consistently been among the area’s most successful agents – measured in sales, and more importantly, in satisfied clients.
